Part of being a commercial photographer in China is having to find creative solutions in very challenging situations. The most recent example of that just happened, when our photographers team arrived on site to shoot a Mercure Hotel in Wuhan only to find that the hotel was still under construction. In that case, "pre-opening" was to be understood as "total chaos". However, the client was desperate and completely relying on us to find some kind of magic way to make the place look clean, comfortable and attractive. With a bit of experience, we now know how to take it step by step, using natural lighting effects and selective framing in the best way to make things look the way they should. Creating atmospheric, story-telling images in all circumstances has now become our daily routine. Here are a few outtakes from our latest photo shoot for Accor Group in China.
